I have just answered a post related to waking up and have wondered whether this is normal or another of my list of wierd things that are happening to me!
When I wake up I am often quite disorientated... Itt akes me a few minutes...

zingaresca No, not me. Are you getting enough sleep? Or taking sleep meds? That might be part of the reason.
