Does anyone else get the impression that the prequel trilogy got bashed simply because we all remember the O.T. films with such fondness because they WERE are childhoods?

zipzop2000 I think the O.T. was just great (still do). One of the reasons the prequels were so panned, well, maybe it was Lucas' choice to have the infamous Jar Jar Binks and that his Anakin couldn't act his way out of a wet paper sack.

zipzop2000 That used to be me when I was younger, but now, I definetely get them. But I find it's not quite as bad since I switched from drinking really crappy 'Lite' beer and started on good stuff. MMMmmmm Lager.

zipzop2000 My pick is Maes Hughes. Sure, he's dead, but he was funny, ridiculous, and deadly serious all at the same time. That, and alot of stuff still brings his name up long after he's killed.

zipzop2000 I've always heard that there were going to be 9. Then I heard Lucas was going to stop at 6. Then again, I've never put much stock in what he says as he always waffles on stuff like the DVD's.

zipzop2000 I personally liked Bumblebee and Cliffjumper. Not because they were cool, but because (at least in my area) all we had were mis-colored ones where Bumblebee was red and Cliffjumper was yellow. But other than that, it was Jetfire. Sure, not in the cartoon...

zipzop2000 I think the 'bomb' will turn out to be just a small part of what's going on. Something to keep us guessing until the next season. Probably something about Linderman and what he controls and his true motives. And, of course, who (or what) he truly is.

zipzop2000 The only way he could possibly explode, is if he has some bad injury to his face first. Remember when 'future' Hiro met him in the subway car? Hiro said he almost didn't recognize Patrelli without the scar. No scar yet, so no exploding Patrelli.
