zralte When you log into your paypal account, what does it say? If it is limited, it should say why and also tell you how to get it solved. After log in, go to 'Resolution Center', that should tell you what you need to do.

zralte From India, no. You need to link your bank account in order to make auto-withdrawal (new Paypal rule). And you need a credit card to purchase things from the internet. Even if you linked your bank account, you will not be able to use it to make a purchase....

zralte I know, and to tell the truth, I don't understand it. If they are rich, fine, who am I to say anything. But there are some people who seems very poor but managed to be able to get their kids whatever they want. Oh well, that's their choice, I suppose.

zralte Hm.....how about....I can't afford one?? A tablet, that is. And it's not just that, when I travel, I don't get much time to spare. With two young kids, and the family visits and such, it is hard to find time.
