zultranz In my opinion. Members who join PTC sites need many referral to increase their earning. One of way by advertising their PTC in their PTC sites. The more referral the more you earn. Yes it is money game.

zultranz Min payout so far as I know. It'a about $50. When I surf the site inspector, one of the member reach $43, the article came too long. In the beginning of this month I registered in that side, and have reached $7 but I doubt to continue this program or not.
