zxkiky I don't want to be busy even if i have to be busy , what i need is neither too busy nor too idle . anything is not good for extremeness, when you need to go to bed because you are very tired , just do it !

zxkiky I know it can keep healthy that have eight glasses of water per day, but i am seem not get enough water for eight classes. sometimes when i seat in front of computer I usually forget drinking water.

zxkiky I don't eat too much salt in my diet, because my mother make the food proper salt, which it is delicious, my mother is a good cook. but my neighbor is like to eat too much salt and cayenne
