Most of the time if I do on line at the store I buy a energy drink and a candy bar Today I got a banana and chocolate milk. I think protein may be a key to more energy but I am not sure but I think this is a start.

goingeagle3 any thing else beside peanut butter I do not like peanut butter or any kind of nuts and yes i know they are the one of the best source for energy . I just watch the squarels climb trees and run all over the place and what do they eat nuts and every thing else...

luisadannointed @2kids2013 Awwww! That's too bad... Water can't be generated by computers... It comes from the nature that can be dried down I'd we don't get smart in using it. God bless I hope America will have that clear view.... But anyway we can't also blame them...
