3orabi yes yes yes I quit 2 months ago ... and till not I didn't smoke any cigarette before this time I used to smoke about 2 packets per day but now nothing ... just make your mind that you will quit ... for your health for your family for your wallet :D don't...

3orabi to me when I have insomnia and can't sleep , first of all I try not to think of anything and relax if this doesn't work I will drink big mug of milk this induces sleeping ... if this doesn't work I will take hypnotic pills ...

3orabi mmm I like summer much more than winter ... in summer you can go even at night to have fun ... to go to beach ... to visit the attractions in your country or other countries ... while in winter you have to stay in your home for the whole season :(
