8000RPM I would find it extremely insulting. Anyone with a brain would have to realize that this would damage the relationship between you and the "friend". Just better not to do it.

8000RPM Interesting choice. I actually lived in DC, but moved out due to the uptight people, bad traffic, and extremely high cost of living.

I have never been to Las Vegas but want. Where would you recommend that I stay as far as not expensive and nice inside. What would you suggest I see when I go?

8000RPM I would recommend the Paris hotel. It is beautiful inside, all of the casino games that you would want, plus many great restaurants. The fanciest place on the strip is the Bellagio. Great to walk around in, but extremely expensive for a room.
