Adadrian its a good obsession though due to the fact that its healthy. i mean how many other obsessions are there? you could have a drug obsession or a eating obsession. at least your doing something that is healthy and will make you live a long and healthy life

Adadrian well what an interesting subject. in general i defintly think its wrong especially if you are seeing someone else and want to move on. but on the other hand if you are really close to the person it doesnt matter what people perceive as "wrong" all that matters...

Adadrian i think my partner reads mine all the time. she is always checking up on me like reading my msn chats,checking my phone out asking who im talking to and where i went and what i did. so even though i havnt asked her im sure she checks my mylot!

Adadrian the true secret is persistancy and never giving up. always going even when your feeling down.. and then the next best secret is eating well :) eating all the time.. not eating junk but eating very healthy EVERY day

Adadrian arnold schwarznegger with out a doubt. if it was not for him bodybuilding would not be anywhere near to what it is today. in a time where bodybuilding was looked down upon he made it fasionable and cool. arnold is one hell of a man

Whats your opinion? Although his legs aren't as big as Ronnie Coleman's, he has excellent mass, definition and very good proportions!

Adadrian arnold has got one of the best but probably not the best looking body's for muscularity and proportion and size. but saying that he is the best bodybuilder. no one comes close to him as that. he had the best heart and drive to do the best at what ever he set...
