allen0187 Of the five tips you gave, I do four except for #2. When I do use oil, I use virgin olive oil and really in small amounts. I like to say that I eat healthier but I know I can do more. I need to cut down my soda and sugar intake.

Toni It's hard for me to take a nap. My brain works hard during the day. so i prefer to have at least an 8 hour sleep every single night.

Li-anne . Assobar Exactly, Studying is cramming information into your brain and forgetting about it a month later. Learning is integrating knowledge into yourself hence they last quite longer and is more practical
