Anakata2007 thanks. I'm sure in the end I will only be left with good memories, but now, I'm filled with sorrow and grief. My house feels empty without her. It's the first time that I'v ever lived alone without a pet (I have my husband but it's not the same)

Anakata2007 I really would like to get another cat but I can't because my husband is allergic. This is also a great sadness for me. Not only am I losing my little kitty that I love, but I will never have another kitty after her.

Anakata2007 youre right, and I am aware of the decision he needs to make. He SAYS he's already made it and wants to stay with me. But I don't believe him. I'm getting older. I will be 40 next year, and I'm hoping that he will make a sure decision within the year.

Anakata2007 That's a good way to feel. You don't sound afraid of death or the way you might die, but you seem accepting. I wish I could be as calm as you about it. I am very afraid of the method I will die. I hope it's not too violent or scary or painful.
