Ann2407 I have the read habit before sleep and enjoy sleeping late,but I need to force myslfe to go to bed before 11:30 pm,cause I have to go to work next day,that is a regret for me,weekend is haven for me,I can go to bed anytime I like.LOL

yes,i like.usually,i can eat a lot involuntarily.although i know clearly that it isn't a good habit,it can't help myself.when i watch TV,i like to eat melon seeds,nut,etc.
