Anticipator It is indeed hard to get active referrals, that's why as zhengbao said we must never stop referring. Not all of them will be active, but the more referrals we have, the more (hopefully) active referrals there will be.

Anticipator I agree, living alone is great. No responsibility, no one to distract you. It is actually a matter of preference. Some people like to be alone, while others need someone to talk to, to depend on. One's attitude towards living alone may change later in life...
