BHAGYALAKSHMY I think you can talk openly to your family to your mother in law about the problems including financial conditions. I think an open talk ends the problem to a certain level.

BHAGYALAKSHMY When I had a toothache once the doctor had prescribed 'nice' tablets for three days three times a day. But you can try keeping a clove in that place for the time being. You can consult a dentist afterwards.
