BVBF25 You really should go see a doctor. You don't want the infection to spread to your kidneys. I've had a kidney infection before. It was painful and it made me very sick. Please go to a doctor and get proper treatment.

BVBF25 Morning is the best time to exercise for me. I like to get it out of the way. Otherwise I'll just keep putting it off until I fall asleep and then I'm back at square one the next day.
