BeckyAnn I always end up trapped under my decisions and regretting everything I do. It's hard for me to stop and focus on things I do right--I can't even find them! Those kind of memories can dog my steps for years...I never remember them quite that clearly though.

BeckyAnn The radiation from cell phones can hurt you if you keep your cell phone very close by, and the light from it and the ever-present urge to use it can affect your sleep. So, aside from cancer and insomnia, there's nothing much wrong with it. ;D
