betterdays Me too! I love coffee and it makes you feel invigorated and awake. I drink about two cups a day, but not at night as it will give me a hard time sleeping.

betterdays Yes, and having a good conscience should be a good thing to have for our peace of mind. Having a bad conscience like doing something wrong that hurt or offend others is definitely not right and could bring bad karma.

From today, I have resumed my exercise routine. It was my first day of walk with cardio workouts. My body aches so badly. I will take sometime to adjust to the exertion.

betterdays Yes, I'm a fan of Djokovic as well as Murray. They both have a similar style and have tough minds and great groundstroke skills. He has been number one before, and he's still young and can do that again. What do you think?

It's 10:20 here. I am done with most of my morning routine. The weather here is so pleasant today. It feels as if I am living in a hill station but the place is actually a desert area. Small rain drops, Dew and soothing breeze.....

betterdays Yes, your body isn't used anymore to exercise and needs time to adjust. Slowly but surely should be a good idea. Exercising more and more as your body gets used to it.
