@acelawrites It is a nice way of encouraging children to read newspapers or books because with too many gadgets now like laptops, etc. there is a tendency for young people to be lazy reading books, etc.

Cristy @Christinb yes that's right. That's why i said that you can be friend with your ex if you have no hurt feelings with each other. It is difficult to become friends again if you still have anger in your hearts because of the way you broke up.

yugocean Yoga is best cure for everything including weight issuies. Ofcourse good diet do matters. You have to do some Yoga and make an arrangement of simple diet, thats all.

Pinay Ako I lose/gain weight quickly based on what I eat/drink and amount of sleep only. I gain weight quickly if I over sleep, eat sweets and more rice plus cold drinks so you must avoid it.
