Criss_121 I usually have cerals, a hot chocolate or coffee and some bread, breakfast is the most important meal of the day so it's important to eat proteines so that you can use your brain correctly during the day. Eat light too is great?

Criss_121 You do whatever your teacher tells you to do:P Do your homeworks, read your notes after school, and be very attentive to the teachers. Talk about your courses with your friends.

Criss_121 Well, i guess smoking is very addicting and some people get crazy after a few hours of non-smoking then we should understand them. But I agree smoking is discusting, doesn't do effects that worth the price, it's almost like you pay to kill yourself.
