Crystalwatson345 yes this really does work, as I said you have to have oilly skin for this to work. The only way it will over dry your skin is if you use it more than 3 times a day or if you dont have oily skin to begin with. I use it all the time and I dont find it...

Crystalwatson345 well I have quite figured it out yet I usally follow my own diet because I am very picky with foods but when I diet I usally go for 1200 - 1400 calories per day. Thanks for the good luck and look for my post on thurday or firday with my pic and action plan.
