DRenee I live in a small town in a rual area. We wave at everyone whether we know them or not. For some reason we feel like it is a welcoming gester. I suppose it makes us feel like we are saying we want to make everyone feel like they are a part of our community....

DRenee I would definitely take up for myself. There are other jobs out there. If you stand there and take it, the boss will see it as an opportunity to vent at you everytime there is a problem. If you work in the USA, there are laws about firing.

DRenee I have both. I keep several dictionaries on my desk and on each of my childen's desk. I must admit that if I'm already on the computer, I go to webster's Dictionary online. It's right at my finger tips. I also use the thesarus on Microsoft Word.

DRenee I definitely pray about it. Sometimes it is not my initial response and I end up frantically searching. Then I stop and ask the Lord to help me find it and I ask in the name of Jesus. Within seconds he will allow my to find whatever I lost. I agree with you....
