newzealtralian You snuck up on me! lol. They never showed or called or anything, they jetted of to new zealand and are still recovering from their holiday! My sister is still coming up before the end of the year though, so that's something.

davihaze22 Thanks for responding. I'll try to see how things turn out. If things are not going well, I might start contacting the landlord, then later the police. Anybody else have other advice and suggestions? I would appreciate this.
