Therapy Good or bad?

I have lost many people in my family. Some have hit me really hard, I found losing a parent was the worst of them all. A parent is someone you turn to for help, love, encouragement, etc and when that leaves it leaves a big hole...

Health issues causing weight gain

Struggling with a weight problem is so taxing on your emotions. You feel like your not worthy, not sexy anymore, anxiety creeps up. How do you cope when your over weight because of health issues and not from eating junk?
