Emvy548 If you find it difficult to walk on the treadmill try a stationary bicycle. On a bicycle the weight on your legs will be less and so you will be able to exercise yourself for a long period of time.

Emvy548 eReaders are indeed very convenient. Kindle is glare-free and is soothing on the eyes as well unlike other readers which have LCD screens. Kindle comes from Amazon which is the largest bookstore on the planet today. Your choice is the best!
