Euphrosyne I love pork and beef. But since I am not that young anymore I usually take the fish for health reasons. And fish tastes quite good also. You can cook a variety of dishes with fish. Not bad.

Euphrosyne Exercise machines are actually effective if you are able to use them properly. Using them properly means you are able to affect the target areas. If you are on a diet you can try juicing. There's a good juicing program that I know and I actually used before....
