Sarah Gaston Im constantly told how bad coffee is for me but like everything else it has good and bad effects on body. There's nothing like a nice cup of coffee and a hot shower to get your day started.

Sarah Gaston Weight doesn't determine how good or bad you look i think its all about how you carry yourself. Alot of slim women look bad because of the type of clothing the choose to wear or how they choose to carry themselves.
