Gitara Watching diet and regular exercise are both weak areas. Giving up roti is hard, and the pain in my feet won't help me to do regular exercise. I have fibromyalgia.

Gitara I eat avocados everyday when in season. We have 2 avocado trees. My diet hardly have trans fat. No alcohol for me. I am a vegetarian, so lots of beans and vegetables. Stress Free lifestyle and I do eat lots of sugar. I use Apple Cider Vinegar every morning...

Gitara I am intending to try walking but my feet hurts from my fibromyalgia condition. My niece is helping me buy a soft sneaker to alleviate some of the pain. Not sure I know what is 'Keto' but saw and advert for Keto capsules being sold. Not available in TT.

Gitara Ha! Many people also asked me if my symptoms were psychosomatic too. But I said no. It is a comfort to finally recognise that my symptoms are medical in nature.... and treatable.How are you doing now?
