Goobster Sensible Advice from a long-time runner:-Take a couple of days off. Do some R.I.C.E. -Invest in better shoes. If you are in pain, your shoes are obviously wrong for your own running style. Go to a running store, not a mall or discount sporting goods place....

i had asthma since i was 1 year old and i still have it today. So how long have u had asthma?

Goobster I've had asthma since age 10 or 11 and it got worse through high school. I was able to manage it better in my twenties with medication and exercise. I have been needing medicine less and less, but it still makes for complications when I get, say, the flu.

Goobster Ranma 1/2 for all-time fave for me. I know it's not the newest but it was among the first I saw and really really got into. Plenty of slapstick and martial arts put together.
