I smoke a pack of cigarettes a day (20 cigarettes) and it does'nt seem to give any effect to my health. I have been smoking for 13 years now. I have been thinking about quitting too but... How about you?

JaMaL82 I never smoked and not planning to .. it will affect your health yes.. but not in 10 years... there are many smoking related diseases which will not show any symptoms till they get really serious specially heart diseases and lung diseases such as heart attack...
