Any of you ever had a lucid dream? Where you sorta "wake up" within the dream and are able to take control of it. It has happened to me twice, and then one time where i was more ready and aware for the experience. It woke me up...

Jotunheim Yeap good tips. Writing them down before they slip into the subconcious. It will allow the concious to better connect to the subconcious.

Jotunheim Cool dude this is true i can tell because when i had my first controlled lucid experience i was chanting "this is a dream" in my head aswell, or i was saying it all the time to keep myself lucid :) Just can't seem to become lucid again :( Need more...

I have had bad diarrhea for almost a week now, and as a result my butt has become really sore, it has also got a large painful swelling around it and feels worse if I sit down or walk, help, its really painfu

Jotunheim Thanks! I am not good with medical terms in english. My sister had a hemorrhoid removed with surgery and she compared it to when she gave birth, so definately not something you want to go through.
