how many hours do you usualy sleep? me,about 4 or 5 hrs a day and if none working days at least 8 or 10 hrs a day! hahaha! how about you?

KYANGA Thanx u roanne05 for keeping mylot hot. To me, i snooze 2-3 hours on a busy day and 4-5 hrs. I wonder whether there is standard sleeping hours for a normal human being. May be other lotters could be having a clue.
