How many hours should kids be allowed to play video games?

Forbidding kids to play video games seems like a harsh measure. However, what would be a healthy amount of hours that a teenagers should be allowed to play them?

Kortney Squillante I think it depends on their age and other daily activities. I think kids need plenty of outside time and active play time!
