Paras Pandey @Kortneyls While I was in school , the cellphones were never innovated and were not popular. Later in my college I found smartphones were used by few people but internet was expensive deal . As of now , I think collegian should have a smartphone.

We had a jet ski stolen recently. The cops found our jet ski, but wanted us to pay well over $200 to get it back. How can you justify making someone pay to get back property that was stolen from then?

topffer @Kortneyls They are not supposed to be already paid for that ? Something similar might happen here if a stolen car has been impounded : the pounds are privately owned and the owner of the car has to pay to get it back.
