ddnj2006 Doing this are not really bad at all. Especially when you start to realize that the more you hate at the start, is the more you love at the end. Though it doesn't mean it can be applied on everything, as it may seems.

Ishani Tiwari That was really good. I wish I tried that on my students too. I always tried the reward one. For example, I used to give chocolates and stars, etc for the most overall disciplined student. That thing really worked for me as mine were primary class students.
