when i gets angry i just countdown from 10 to 1 to calm my mind coz it diverts my mind away from tension and i think about my dreams .....so do u try something like that ????if yes just post ur answers here i am a short tempered...

Krishnadevotee I am also short tempered and used to be very vocal about my anger, have decided to keep quiet when i am very angry, have learnt that is the best way to be professional and matured and it is helping me out. I still react but have reduced considerably...

Krishnadevotee any relationship works best if the partners are not taken for granted. IN your case, your husbands knows that you will not leave him therefore removes anger on you. you have to assertive, think about it, and announce that you are planning to get seperated...

Krishnadevotee HE sees as souls, your body is the clothing that he gives to souls. It does not really matter to HIM which cloth you are wearing just that the body should be cleaned every day with prayers and good karma.

How would you feel if someone told you they were coming to pick you up and gave you a time. .. then didnt show up ..? Not only that ..to make matters worse..they told you..they'll come tomorrow same time then also...

Krishnadevotee But i have heard that females cannot chant this mantra...there are some restrictions, yes the benefits are really immense and hte person feels blessed with all obstacles sorting out.

Krishnadevotee Perhaps that is the best way, we become impatient and do not relaise why that thing never happened at that time, God know the best time for us..thus he does it in his time.

Krishnadevotee that is true. But each one has their own share of problems. i think u should take a small break from your work and destress urself. join some gym or yoga., games.anything.which u like
