Krupik Thank you! I was also the one to take care of everything and now... BUT - maybe it is important to learn to ask people for help? I was never eager to do this but... now I have to look at everything in different light. And I learn a lot.

Krupik You are right. When I am in bed and can't sleep (too many things in my head - I am worrying about money, lost of my job etc), I meditate and this is only thing that helps me to sleep. And I use it in other stressfull situations.

Krupik Oh - you are sooo right. I have lupus. And it was very difficult to diagnose. Now I take some medications and I am ok.
