yugocean I m sorry it was not worth to help you, LoKoMoMe and topffer also gave you good advice to try, if nothing works then reformatting would be the only option you have to try.

yugocean Windows 8 is somewhat different because it is still new, but you can try old ideas and find out if they still work. Start the laptop Hit f8 before the window logo appear choose SAFE MODE from menu Sign in as Administrator Go to START --- CONTROL PANEL...
