LordFilip Serbia has lots of small time hackers and a lot of pro ones. Turkey is also famous for having a lot of hackers. So yea, mostly nation in eastern Europe and some Asian countries like China.

A simple question for a simple discussion. What do you use PhotoShop for? Editing pictures that didn't come out okay (red eyes, to dark etc.) For the making of so called board sig's and avy's. Something else?

LordFilip GIMP is a little harder to master at first, but once you get used to it, it's basically the same as PS.
