I recently enrolled in a gym with a program to follow. But I have to stop for a couple of days. Do you think it's okay to go to the gym during our period?

LostExpatriate Not only is it "OK", but a really good idea! As mentioned in other posts, you may tire more easily. If you make sure you are getting enough iron and calcium, and maybe increasing a little bit during your period, this should help. It will also help with the...
