Adel Lukacs You should try to ask a doctor about what to eat before your sleep. What's the problem exactly? You can't fall asleep at all, or you wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall asleep again?

Adel Lukacs I also love to learn foreign languages. It amazes me to speak a language that others don't understand :D One day, if you have the time, I suggest you to try and learn a little bit of hungarian. It's kinda hard, but if you have enough time, it can be learned....

Adel Lukacs Fortunately I've never had to experience this, but I'm pretty sure that it would throw me in the dark for a lot of time. Don't rush with moving on, try to feel your pain, and try to seek what weakens it. Maybe this will help with it :)
