Anna @Luli_hope May be he was tested and the test came out negative. The fact he tested positive does not mean he had Covid, tests are not always reliable. He did not lie, so they could test him and I think he is vaccinated.

Anna @Luli_hope - I know nothing about Australian laws, but I know that most countries get back the VISA if they discover you lied to the Immigration Officer. Americans are also strict on this.

Anna @Luli_hope I agree that this is a big mess. If he did something wrong, he should have not received a VISA. Fake declarations (in no matter which country) are enough to cancel a VISA. We will see what his lawyer can produce in his favor.
