caver1 Glad things are going well for you. Even in difficult times I have found that there are good things if you just look for them. For me, I trust in God. That doesn't mean I will not face trouble, just the I will have help in dealing with those troubles.

taurean30456 I suggest that you turn to someone who is willing to listen and share to your problem rather than let your daily life gone astray, the best person is your mother. I have try this and it worked.

Lambchoper Yes I do. Isometrics or resistance training for inner strength. Things come to easy you don't have to work that hard and you don't build up any calluses or muscle.
