Bluedoll @Metathresh could be a variety of reasons I guess. For me its my mood and what I'm interested in at that moment. What sometimes I get fixated with is how large and plentiful cities can become without having ecological faults.

pumpkinjam @Metathresh Well, that's a good question. Those of us who pay it don't really know! It's defined as a 'local tax on domestic property'. It's supposed to pay for local services. But, as I said, most of which it's supposed to pay is already paid in other taxes.

pumpkinjam @Metathresh That's true. We do havr economic freedom and there are worse places. We do pay a lot of taxes, though, and there is very little that's free or even cheap.
