Anna I step on my scale every Sunday morning, I measure my waist and hips and I write down on my agenda weight and measurements. As soon as I see that I am 1 pound up, I stop eating pasta and bread and I only drink water until I go back to my weight.

Vree0937 @DaddyEvil I always have vinegar and chili soaked in vineger. So I always have whole fresh chili, and it also less spicy as has vinegar in it. I am not sure if my stomach can handle vinegar to drink like that. But I did what I did for cramps legs as above....
