Kill 99.99% Germs.. Why not 100%?

Every commercial I see in my television specially with anti germs, they always mention that they'll kill 99.99% why not 100%? Why they leave 1% So that consumers will buy there products again that is why they leave 1%?

I'm getting fat nowadays, There are shirts that was fit to me before but nowadays I can't even wear them, Why it is so easy to eat than to do exercise? Why it's yummy to eat junk food and meat than vegetables.. >.<
