MindSalad I agree. If you pay attention in class, half of your studying gets done. You can invest that time in something else. Like a hobby.

MindSalad True enough. Mangoes are really expensive right now. I've had a lot of watermelons though. Helps in this hot weather. I have a papaya tree but I don't like papaya.

MindSalad What do you eat then? Cultivate this habit. It will benefit you for sure. You can try vegetable soups if you don't like to eat them as whole. If I get tired of eating a fruit, I combine it with cream or ice-cream. Tastes good.

MindSalad I eat sliced cucumber and tomatoes with a little bit of salt and pepper as a side dish during dinner. I eat a banana everyday and recently, mangoes too. Since the season of mango is here.

MindSalad That's great. Gluten free, homemade soups are really healthy. Soup for breakfast sounds interesting. Maybe I'll give it a go very soon.

MindSalad I love white meat and fish too but I have them hardly once or twice a week. I get most of my fiber intake from fruits and green veggies. And yes, plenty of water and exercise goes a long way.

MindSalad I agree. First try talking to them or if you'll have a mutual friend send him/her to talk to them. If they still won't budge, try the cops.
