I've never had major complications due to having to "tend" to my monthly, womanly duty. What is it that makes some women have cramps etc., and some not have cramps or other complications?

MisChasi As I said before, I started mine late, so maybe this is why I don't have too many problems.

MisChasi You made a really interesting point. I started my period when I was 14 (too much info, I know), so maybe this is the reason why I don't have major complications.

How long does it take you to remember all of your student's names the first day?

I am a teacher in training, and I have a problem with remembering all of my student's names within the first 30 minutes of class. Do you have this problem? What do you do to help with this?

MisChasi Thanks, and I understand what you mean about never gesturing, etc. I was getting embarrassed about having to ask their names so many times. Happy teaching :)

If you're involved in an interracial relationship, have you run into any complications because of this (dirty looks, rude comments, family problems, and the like)? I once dated a "white" man and did not run into too many problems....

MisChasi Don't worry about them; do what makes you happy. They're the ones with the problem, not you. Hey, they should be getting the stares and the comments because they are not in an interracial relationship. Now toast to that!!!

Do You Think Young Girls Should Participate in Beauty Pageants?

I've been to some beauty pageants and some of the young participants didn't seem to want to be there. It appeared that their mothers were pushing them to do it. If the girls want to participate, that's o.k. If not, they should not...

MisChasi It is sad. What do mothers (and fathers in some cases) hope to gain by forcing their children to do these types of things? I hope they crack the Ramsey case.

I personally hate maggots. They are disgusting and the sight of them makes my skin crawl. I hate when people fart wherever they please (have some consideration!!!). Lastly, I hate that people have to die (especially when they die...

MisChasi That's funny!!!. Same here. Sadly, the cycle will repeat itself next year. I'm going to try to be smart and start depositing money into my holiday savings account. We'll see what happens:)

MisChasi I agree. Now kids are "able" to bring all sorts of weapons to school, to kill all sorts of people with. A swat in exchange for a life. Go figure!!
