What do you do when you feel frustrated and sad?

It is common to feel sad and frustrated when everything seems to go wrong. What do you do? I usually spend the day at home, usually on the computer. Such a day is a very boring one usually but i just cannot get myself to go out.

Mitch0611 If I feel frustrated and sad I usually think of something that can make me really busy. Or if it really that serious I just spend the day in my room or call my friends over to have someone to talk. I also watch cartoons when I'm sad.
