Multanee AOA,first of all brother in Islam,Allah aap ko jaza day.Then i want to say that these people know that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is the true reformer and last prophet of God.But they r not ready to accept reality due to prejudice.

Multanee well in fact death means"to cease".there fore every activity that denotes life ceases after death.so there is no any possibilty of hair growth or nail growth after death.
