listen2me if its an apartment you might want to say something to a manager, if he rents you might want to sy something to his manager. if hes stealing get some proof and call the police. sounds like a bad neighbor.

rachelcaron When I reply to discussion I try to write at least a few sentences and I always use tags. I wonder if that helps? I wasn't sure, but I guess it does.
